Warehouse Shift Manager - Nights - Brighton

Shift Pattern:
Sunday - Thursday 20:30 - 06:00

Our Brighton depot are currently recruiting for a talented Warehouse Shift Manager to join the team on the night shift

The role includes:

Health & Safety legal obligations adherence to Company policies and procedures and ensure Group H&S policy is implemented and adhered to
Daytoday team management to ensure achievement of productivity targets
Contribution to overall high levels of customer service
Support good stock management practices
Liaison with other operational departments

You'll have:

Strong commercial, analytical and communication skills
Good judgment in decisionmaking ability to take responsibility for decisions and articulate reasons for decisions made in a transparent way whilst dealing with challenge effectively
We are looking for somebody who can act as a role model for the Company values, with a desire to assume responsibility and accountability in all relevant areas
Exposure to high volume, absorbing pressure when results are not going to plan
The ability to empower individuals and teams to act on customer feedback and insight.
