What you will need:

6 months care experience in the UK

The Job:

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable Healthcare Practitioners to join our dedicated team.
You will be responsible for assisting individuals in nursing and residential homes throughout South Wales promoting independence, and supporting them with personal care and social support.

The hours are as follows:
Full time hours available, 44 hours a week, 12 hour shift patterns days or nights
