Customer Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:


  • To establish and build strong customer relationships and provide excellent levels of customer service
  • Prepare all customer quotations and process customer orders through to shipment
  • Deal with any customer complaints where applicable
  • Inbound and outbound calls
