Projects-Coordinator
You will be a key contact within the business and this position requires someone who is proactive and used to working in a challenging and dynamic environment.
**Core requirements
- Planning and organising installations in customer homes
- Communicating directly with customers, keeping them updated throughout their project and managing their expectations
- Liaising with trades ensuring they have capacity to complete work
- Resolving any issues that arise with materials to ensure customer projects are completed within agreed timescales
- Liaise with warehouse regarding goods in and out to minimise disruption to planned works
- Logging information on the CRM system to give visibility to the team
- Building and maintain strong relationships with customers, trades, and colleagues
- Experience of project coordination in a similar environment
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Ability to solve problems, multitask and work well under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience of operating IT Systems/Microsoft office packages
