Grafton Banks Finance are delighted to be supporting a Brighton based client who are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk.

This is a newly created role, reporting into the Finance Manager and covering a range of purchase ledger related duties.


This role will include:

  • Checking, coding and inputting invoices onto the accountancy system
  • Preparing payments when required
  • Responding and manging purchase ledger queries
  • Processing petty cash and expenses
  • Using Excel to process and enter client payment details
  • Ad hoc support across the finance team
  • Have previous accounts payable/purchase ledger experience
  • Strong systems skills, including Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Sumif's etc.)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to commute to Brighton offices on a regular basis
