A major modern national firm is recruiting to expand their offering in Leeds with a qualified Real Estate Solicitor. This role is offered full time on a permanent basis, with flexible working available.

Join a highly regarded team in the heart of Leeds, which sits as part of the firms national Real Estate practice.


Their client base includes developers, corporate occupiers with multi-site holdings, property Investors, including family trusts, private office and global investment funds.


THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Real Estate Associate/Solicitor seeking a varied and dynamic role


Areas of work include:

  • Land acquisitions including options and conditional contracts
  • Property investment acquisitions and disposals
  • Acting for landlords and tenants in connection with the grant of business leases;
  • Retail, leisure and healthcare development work
  • General management work to include dealing with surrenders, licences, easements, rent reviews, lease renewals and property finance.

THE CANDIDATE

  • Able to undertake commercial property work
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate a commercial mind and attention to detail
  • Property management experience is desirable but not essential
