Harmonic are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing PR Agency with their search for a Senior Management Accountant.

The agency has won the 'best agency to work at' award multiple times over the last decade, and they are proud to boast one of themost fun, supportive cultures in the agency landscape.

The agency has a t/o of £10mill, approximately 60 people headcount and they have grown rapidly in the last 4 years and are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join their vibrant team, with a view to developing into a Finance Manager.

The Role:

Reporting into an experienced Finance Director, the role has been newly created to essentially run the finance function with the aid of two Finance Assistants, whilst providing insights into business performance, you'll be collaborating with the FinanceDirector to ensure all financial reporting and operations are aligned, ensuring the smooth running of the finance department.

The role will eventually take on more commercial duties and manage more junior members of the finance team over a 12-18-month period.

Key Responsibilities:

Month end reporting preparation of management accounts and financial information
Reconciliation of revenue and costs of sales
Being a key driver for audit process
Production of endtoend management accounts
Weekly review and analysis of account coding accuracy in Trail Balance ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded
Assisting Finance Director in yearend statutory reporting
Ad hoc finance support

What We Need to See (Essential Skills):

Part Qualified or Qualified ACCA / ACA / CIMA
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Good allrounder, proactive, team player

£50,000 - £55,000
