Are you an experienced Resourcer based in Leeds who is looking to step up into a team leader role with a salary of up to 35K?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Principle Resourcer to join our growing Leeds based client.

As a Principle Resourcer you will be leading the current resourcing team whilst working alongside the Associate Director of Sciences and supporting their team of consultants.

Key Duties

Reporting to the Associate Director of Sciences.
Offer support and nurturing to the resourcing team in order to meet targets.
Provide training to new starters within the resourcing team.
Working with hiring managers to understand the resourcing requirements for the business.
Preparing and placing accurate detailed adverts on job boards and social media platforms
Minimum of 2 years resourcing experience or previous agency recruitment experience
An organised approach meaning you can work under pressure and meet deadlines whilst working collaboratively
Ability to work accurately at pace.
Excellent IT skills; proficient in MS Office suite
Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
Selfmotivated with a high level of enthusiasm and commitment to personal development.
Be able to demonstrate high levels of integrity and lead by example.
