About Our Client:


This business are a national business who have expanded massively over the past 2 years, this business are a high end bespoke retailer who offer a unique and complex product business to business.


  • Key responsibilities for this office coordinator will be;
  • Supporting new customers with advise, assistance and support
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers
  • Communication regards to logistics and returns
  • Regular communication with engineers to update customers on pending orders
  • Raising PO's
  • Delivering excellent customer service on every call received
  • Advising on a wide range of solutions to find the best action for each client
  • General administration and information sharing within the teams

The Successful Applicant:

- *Excellent customer service skills *Confident telephone manor
  • Empathetic and understanding personality is essential
  • Confident, helpful and personable character
  • Have a natural ability to build relationships over the phone
  • Have a great ability to pick up systems and software's
  • Confident working on various Microsoft platforms
