Production Team Leader

Founded in 1969, IAE are the UK's largest manufacturer of agricultural livestock handling and feeding equipment and industrial security fencing.

Family owned, with a workforce of approximately 450 people.

Key responsibilities:

Ensuring the daily activities of all staff are undertaken safely
Working inline with the risk assessment programme
Allocating and managing resources to complete the daily delivery schedule in a timely manner
Ensuring all KPIs are monitored and updated
Communicating with the management team to resolve any issues
Coaching, coordinating and delegating duties to those staff working in the section being covered by you
Actively training all staff members within the section to develop their skills
Reporting of any machine or equipment faults to maintenance
Ensuring produced products are of expected quality standards
Ensuing materials are supplied to the production line in your area in a timely manner
Monitoring Health and Safety within the working environment

The above position will be rewarded with a permanent contract, competitive rates of pay, 32 days paid holidays per year plus loyalty days (up to 34 days), auto-enrolment into our pension scheme which includes 5% employer contributions, and employee life insurance.

Salary:
£3,146,657.00 per year
