Permanent hours a week


Base:
The Caludon Centre, Coventry


Work Pattern:
Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00

We are looking for an individual with a proven office background who has excellent communication and organisation skills to join our team at The Caludon Centre.

You will be working within an integrated and skill mixed team within the Support Services team.


The post holder will play an important role to provide efficient and comprehensive administration support, predominantly for the GP advice line.

You will also support the Admin Team Co-ordinator and Medical Secretarial Staff with their admin tasks, providing cover in their absences as well as cross cover for reception as and when necessary.

We are looking for an individual with a positive approach to change who is supportive of service improvements.


The service received an overall rating of Good by the CQC and an Outstanding for care and compassion of which we are rightly proud.

We have also been recognised both locally and nationally by receiving awards for the services we provide.


Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust provides a full range of expanding physical, mental health and learning disability services to children, young adults, adults and older adults over many sites across Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull.


Services are provided to a population of over one million people living in Coventry and Warwickshire and also a wider geographical area in some of our specialist services, we see on average around 5,000 patients every day.
