Our client, a reputable regional Estate and Lettings Agency in the City Centre of Leeds, is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their successful team to help expand the portfolio.

What you will be doing

Handling property enquiries through the relevant portals
Dealing with inbound calls and making outbound calls
Vetting tenants and conducting viewings
Arranging lets & upselling other relevant services
Liaising and negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
Communicating with landlords with regards to marketing feedback, viewings and hot prospects, put forward offers from applicants and agree terms with landlords
Providing practical solutions to landlords with regards to achieving a prompt let
Generating new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals, instructions, viewing and lets

What you will have

Up to date experience in residential property is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
A detail orientated mindset and pragmatic and logical way of thinking
Strong attention to detail
Exceptional communicator
Full UK driving licence
