Customer Experience Managerto the team which will enable the successful applicant to be part of a fast paced and energetic environment, whilst also gaining the opportunity to make a real impact within a very supportive culture.


As the successful Customer Experience Manager your duties will include:

  • Design, implement your own Customer Experience structure to support the business
  • Provide management support to the Customer Support team and offer guidance where required
  • Implement processes to ensure the Customer Support team are able to handle queries in an efficient manner
  • Improve customer satisfaction metrics and keep updated to ensure satisfaction doesn't faulter
  • Working closely with multiple areas of the business to ensure these areas all support a positive customer journey with seamless and effective running at all times
  • You will keep up to date with the website experience to ensure the customers are given the best possible journey
  • Ensure the CRM function is utilised to its full potential
  • Use your own initiative to improve processes and implement automated systems to ensure the most efficient ways of working

Skills:


  • Strong background of utilising technology to drive process improvements and efficiencies
  • Working knowledge of ZenDesk or similar tools would be advantageous
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Knowledge of managing inhouse and outsourced CE functions
  • Experience with consumer business would be advantageous
