We currently have an exciting opportunity with our valued client for a warehouse administrator based on Fradley Park in Lichfield.
We are looking for an experienced administrator who will help with supporting the Operational Management Team and the H&S Officer to ensure the safe, smooth, and efficient management of all administrational processes within the logistics business.
Key duties will include:
- To provide effective support to the Warehouse Operations Management team to ensure constant improvement in all areas of the operation.
- Preparation and participation in all H&S meetings, planning groups.
- To create and effectively manage all operational filling systems.
- Control and update any training records and site inductions.
- Proactively review all equipment cost and source new costs when required.
- Control training matrix spreadsheet.
- Carry out weekly/monthly onsite Pre Planned Maintenance tasks in relation to relevant legislation requirements.
- Manage all operational payroll info, liaising with Head Office as required.
- Produce system controlled KPI
- Manage and maintain inbound container logs.
- Manage, update, and maintain site replenishment maps.
- Preparation and participation in warehouse team meetings and planning groups as required.
- Assist site management team with third party transport bookings and requirements.
- Manage incoming vehicles and dispatching lorries.
- Assist with the integrated management system WLX to produce reports.
- Assist stock management in relation to stock accuracy.
- Arrange internal/external training requirements.

Essential qualifications include a minimum of 2 years administration experience (ideally in a logistics background), basic maths and english skills and good knowledge and use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
