Description

We have an fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer to join an established commercial company based in Sutton-in-Ashfield.

80% of the work is mechanical however we ideally need people who have electrical knowledge too.

The main responsibilities are to carry out planned preventive maintenance on all plant and facilities, respond to breakdowns efficiently, and ensure all equipment worked on is safe and fit for purpose.

A flexible approach is necessary to provide support to colleagues, and to undertake responsibility when the Engineering Manager is off site.

To perform any other duties which may be required from time to time.

You will be working to a continental shift pattern, 3 x 12 hour shifts per week (days and night rotation) 36 hours per week, which will require working one weekend in four.
