Working for one of the leading law firms in Leeds City Centre within their Employment Team this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previous experience and is now looking for their next challenge.
This is a full and varied role providing support to Fee Earners and the team.Some of the key duties will include:
- Preparing documents and reports both hard and electronic for the fee earners
- Typing of various documents
- Managing the Fee Earners diaries, booking meetings and travel arrangements.
- Liaise with Counsel and other legal representatives
- Using a case management system to update the progress of each case.
You will need to have previous Secretarial experience for this role, ideally within employment/legal but other areas of professional services can be considered.
Someonewho is able to use their own initiative to manage a busy workload but still likes working as part of a larger team to ensure targets are met would enjoy this role.
