£23,815 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience, pro rata £13,336 - £14,000

The Role
This is a key role within an experienced Human Resources team, where you will play an integral role in the successful delivery of recruitment and resourcing across all areas of the business
You understand the need to proactively build and maintain relationships across all levels of the business using written and interpersonal skills.
You also understand the challenges of confidential and sensitive issues whilst ensuring team members are supportedand company risk is limited.
You will be pro-active in your thinking and delivery, naturally identifying ways to improve existing process and establish new approaches.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support Itad's Recruitment and the Resourcing Lead
- Act as the first point of contact for applicants, through multiple online channels
- Monitoring and acting on time critical dates e.g., new hire start dates
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews
- Work with our thirdparty provider, Verifile, to coordinate background checks and onboarding documents
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in line with GDPR regulations
