Responsibilities:


  • Process customer estimates and orders for highend residential windows, doors, and conservatories.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure accurate specifications and timely delivery of products.
  • Coordinate with sales and production teams to streamline order processing procedures.
  • Maintain organized records of customer transactions and communications.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize workflow and meet company objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to enhance service offerings.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in the window and door industry is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and estimates.
