Night Team Assistant (Christmas Temp):

Job Purpose Summary:

To participate in providing an efficient service in relation to all aspects of controls and distribution of stock.
To make sure that Health and Safety is adhered to at all times
To assist in the training of temporary staff when required
To have a flexible approach

Role and Responsibilities:

To assist in accepting deliveries (goods in) in accordance with company policy.
To participate in unloading deliveries, setting up promotional displays, stock merchandising and facing the store
To ensure that all stock is located accurately and efficiently to avoid loss or damage.
To have the ability to work and communicate well within a team
To keep the stock room clean and tidy
To report any hazards to a superior to protect the health & wellbeing of self and others
Present a professional image and positive attitude to internal and external departments/companies
Adhere to all aspects of the Hamleys Brand Values
Project the company image in personal appearance & communications
