The role

The purpose of this role is to support and the assist the Neighbourhood manager and the Senior neighbourhood manager to deliver an excellent, consistent and responsive housing management service within a defined area.


It has the following main responsibilities;

  • Deliver an excellent, consistent and responsive housing management service to the patch area, whilst working alongside all appropriate agencies and stakeholders to ensure that neighbourhoods are managed effectively.
  • Build relationships and act as an ambassador for Selwood Housing with partner agencies and residents, to develop initiatives which enable the neighbourhood to develop and improve residents quality of life. To have a full understanding of the neighbourhood's resident profile including minority & hard to reach group
What we need*For this role you'll need to have the following skills and experience;

  • Educated to GCSE/O Level standard or equivalent.
  • Good organisational and administration skills.
  • Experience in housing organisation/or equivalent publicsector organisation.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on your own.
  • A basic DBS check is required for this role.
