About the Role
The purpose of this role is to provide a high level of administration and telephone liaison to
the customer ensuring that all account information is accurate and any queries are dealt with
efficiently.
Responsible for the day to day administration of accounts and provide support to the service
and sales team members as required.
To actively demonstrate at all times the provision of excellent service to all Customers
both internal and external.
Responsibilities:
- To perform all duties, ensuring all information is obtained and processed accurately.
- Maintain an accurate Customer Service Database
- Responsible for scheduling maintenance visits across various customer sites.
- Prioritise and process orders, and close down jobs
- Perform general administration duties
- Liaise efficiently with the customers, engineers and sales team
- Action all customer queries and disputes in a timely manner and escalate if required
- To ensure that all contracts are uploaded onto the IT system in an accurate and
- Develop and maintain knowledge of all relevant IT Systems.
- Ensure adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures.
- To be fully conversant and compliant with all Environmental Health and Safety procedures.
- To support and assist in the training and development of new members of staff.

- Complete monthly tool box talks as issued by the company
- To fully comply with all Quality, Environmental Health and Safety directives.
Full Time office Based
Monday - Thursday: 08:45am - 16:40pm
Friday:08:45am - 16:00pm****No weekends
