We are looking for Catering Assistants to join our team.

Weekly Pay

Assist with food preparation in line with the menu framework that supports the delivery of high quality catering services that cater for individual and local needs (including special diets).

Follow local and legislative procedures so that residents needs are met in accordance with food hygiene and safety standards, escalating issues as necessary.

Ensure stock is checked on the manifest and correctly stored when it is delivered.

Use and store materials and equipment in accordance with relevant legislation and in line with policies and procedures, reporting faults, hazards and inappropriate practice to ensure a safe working and living environment.

Resources Assist with food preparation in line with the menu framework that supports the delivery of high quality catering services that cater for individual and local needs (including special diets).

Serve the meals to the residents and clear the food and crockery away afterwards. Also carry out all kitchen cleaning tasks within established procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment

Must have Food Hygiene Certificate and Miniuum 1 year expereince.
