Description

My client is a growing international law firm specializing in litigation and dispute resolution, particularly in the insurance, reinsurance, and liability areas.

They have offices spanning the globe and over 1000 employees, with headquarters in the Cityof London and several other offices in the UK.

They are now looking for a Pricing Analyst to join their London office.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the rates database to allow benchmarking of rates and identify overdue client rate reviews.
Give Partners and bid teams support in relation to the pricing of work and client agreements including the provision of modelling scenarios.
Support the endtoend matter management process in terms of pricing and client profitability reviews.
Develop and maintain the pricing governance database including details of where approvals of deals outside of the scope of the pricing policy have been made.
Provide analysis of historical data of previous work done relating to specific sectors or clients.
Excellent MS Excel and communications skills
Experience in a deadline focused role within a busy accounts department
Law firm or partnership/LLP experience
Knowledge of macro's and pivot tables
Knowledge of Elite 3E
Experience of pricing/profitability models and project costing
Experience of appraising and validating financial models.
