Our Devon-based client is a top 50 chartered accountant firm and one of the largest names in the Southwest.

Their Exeter-based Corporate Finance team are looking to expand with the addition of a new Corporate Finance Executive joining their ranks.

The responsibilities:_
Involvement with business sales, acquisitions, management buy outs and buy ins, mergers, disposals,and listings on both the buy and sell sides.
Responsibility for company valuations and financial due diligence.
Reporting, forecasting planning and modelling for presentations to the greater team.
Maintaining updated information through buyer and investor research.
Maintaining smooth project management through liaising with all involved parties, including but not limited to clients and inhouse specialists.
Maintenance and administration of dealt databases and communications.
Involvement with business development opportunities, including attending networking events and presenting client pitches.
ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience.
Strong commercial and financial awareness, along with a keenness for involvement in business development strategies.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport both internally and externally.
A proactive and optimistic approach, along with the ambition to progress.
