Are you ready to step into an exciting role as our Receptionist? We are searching for an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team and become the vibrant face of our organisation.

As the first point of contact for callers and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming, helpful, and professional atmosphere.


Your primary responsibility will be to answer all incoming telephone calls and address queries in a timely and comprehensive manner.

You'll ensure that accurate and relevant information is provided, making every caller feel valued and prioritised.

In cases where colleagues are unavailable or there is a lack of clarity, you will efficiently take messages and provide follow-up assistance.


In addition to managing phone calls, you will be responsible for warmly greeting and assisting all visitors to the building.

This includes colleagues, managers, tenants, landlord representatives, and members of the public.

Your friendly and efficient approach will create a welcoming environment, as you direct visitors to the appropriate facilities or staff members.


As an integral part of our team, you will assist the Service Delivery Manager in the day-to-day running of the building.

This includes ensuring operational activities align with agreed service levels, management agreements, and relevant legislation. You will play a key role in general building management, security, safety, compliance, and contractor management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing a warm, welcoming, and professional first point of contact for all callers and visitors
  • Answering all incoming telephone calls and resolving queries promptly, ensuring accurate and comprehensive information is provided
  • Making callers feel valued and prioritised, taking messages and providing followup when colleagues are unavailable or reference points are unclear
  • Greeting and directing all visitors to the building, including colleagues, managers, tenants, landlord representatives, and members of the public
  • Creating a friendly, efficient, timely, and professional environment for all visitors
  • Directing visitors to appropriate facilities or staff members as needed
  • Maintaining a daily list of visitors in the reception area and ensuring that all visitors sign in and out of the building

  • Ability to work under pressure, use own initiative and prioritise work loads
