hours a week, term time plus 2 weeks (38 weeks per year). A part-time work pattern may be considered.

Salary:
Starting salary £10,733-£23,426 for hours per week. Point 19-23 on the support salary scale (£25,601 - £27,939).

Experience of, and insights into, the world of work and the business and professional landscape, perhaps with a background in recruitment;
Strong organisational skills, efficient working practices and a resolve to get things done;
Experience of working with children and young people, and understanding how to work with them in an engaging and exciting fashion; and
Ability to arrange, coordinate and lead successful events such as careers fairs and outreach opportunities with both internal and external stakeholders.
