Hatfield Manor Care Home is a new care home in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, with modern state of the art facilities.


At Hatfield Manor Care Home, we believe that our residents should be assisted to live as full and active a life as possible within a caring and supportive environment.

We ensure that resident well-being and happiness is central to all that we do, developing each individual care plan and decision to reflect the needs, wishes and choices of the resident.


We are currently seeking to recruit an events coordinator with a passion for providing residents with exceptional, kind, individualised care that promotes choice, dignity and respect.


You will be welcomed into a supportive team which respects and values each member, seeking to develop their knowledge and skills in a positive, inclusive environment.

You will receive comprehensive induction training and will be supported in your personal development to achieve your potential.

About You
To join our team you will have experience within a care home setting caring for older people.

You will have experience in organising events and activities for our guests which are both internal and external.


You will have a passion for supporting people to maintain their lifestyles and be poractive with planning and execution of events.


You will have a kind and caring approach with a passion for delivering the highest possible standard of care and support for the residents.


You will have excellent communication skills and have a desire to work in a participatory manner with residents and relatives to enable them to achieve desired outcomes and goals.

You will have the right to work within the UK.

Salary:
£11.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Weekend availability

  • Hatfield, AL10 0AA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
