Who you are:

The Person:

Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment
Good communication skills in order to be able to liaise with a wide range of team members and customers within your work environment
Able to comply with legislation and follow all rules and regulation laid down in the staff handbook and unit policy statements, with regard to uniform, personal hygiene, health and safety
Customer service focused
Team player and cando attitude
Takes pride in personal appearance and hygiene
Self motivated and able to use own initiative
Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
Flexible in terms of the working hours

What you'll be doing:

Responsible for greeting and serving customers in a professional, warm, friendly and genuine manner. Setting up and servicing of conference rooms and food/beverage areaswithin busy work environment. Ensure full area of responsibility is clean, appropriatelypresented
Ensure thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of menu in order to provide relevant information to customers and clients
Be responsible for smooth operation of relevant equipment, reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures
Ensure any complaint handling is dealt with professionally and in line with procedures
Ensure that Chemical safety, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures
Maintain clientconfidentiality and security at all times
