In the context of the energy transition, Biogas Solutions Europe business has seen double-digit growth for the last years in Europe.

This business includes the technologies and solutions that we offer throughout the value chain, from the production of biomethane, to its ultimate use (in transportation, industry, or for the production of low-carbon hydrogen).

Our European business is currently focused on France, the United Kingdom, Scandinavia (Sweden and Norway), and Italy.

Our growth is driven by the opening of several biomethane production plants and by strong demand from industry and the transportation sector.

And finally, as we have developed our solutions across the biomethane value chain, various projects have emerged as examples of a local circular economy.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?:

Coordinates strategic objectives setting, to provide analytical information by developing a deep understanding of the Business results, quantifying the impact of action plans and validating business assumptions against historical experience.

Maintaining an independent position to give a fair view on business, trends and forecasts facilitating business decisions; working in close relation with the CFO.
Manages the full Target process and participates in the development of strategic planning and initiatives to improve the performance of the business while minimizing risks.
Manages and drives the investment decision and authorization process.
Deliver the required financial guidance on business projects.
Challenges the managers within the business and deliver the required financial guidance to the business operations by performing cost variance analysis, analyze results and pro actively suggest corrective actions.
Develops analytical and quantitative understanding of Markets within which the business is working and market position within those sectors.

Operations Control process in order to analyze and understand any Biogas Solutions Europe UK past and current performance and forecast the Biogas Solutions Europe UK one-year performance.

Provides, for CFO review, a timely and complete monthly closing in collaboration with operational teams and accounting department
Support the CFO in the analysis of the monthly closing (difference between the

forecast and actual figures)

Consolidation of monthly UK view and trends across markets and businesses

Investment Control process in order to properly evaluate and select investment

opportunities, consistently with the Group's and Biogas Solutions Europe strategy, profitability and growth objectives as well as with financing capabilities.

Provides project profitability analysis
Checks investment decisions and authorization process
Competitive Intelligence in order to adequately track information on market changes, competitors activities, business initiatives and strategies
Strategic Planning as a combination of all above processes, aimed at planning the business development and financial performance of Biogas Solutions Europe UK (at entity level and by sub business lines).
Collects, analyzes and synthesizes data for annual budget, Target and reforecasts
Assisting the overall planning process, managing financial aspects ensuring plans and related assumptions are evaluated and reconciled with performance

objectives.

Ensures that business risks (industry, customers, etc.) are adequately measured and mitigating actions are defined and recommended to the Finance Manager
Designs and executes a strategy to communicate key elements of the entity
