Clinical Manager - Neuro Rehab

Bournemouth, Dorset

£40,000 - £50,000 per annum DOE My client is a leading private service specialising in neurological rehabilitation, Acquired Brain Injury and continuing care. The patients require specialist input to achieve maximum level recovery and quality of life. The post is demanding therefore requiresenthusiasm, commitment and excellent communication skills.

We are seeking a Clinical Lead/ Deputy Manager to take on this Clinical Manager post - we are needing a Nurse that is willing to be hands on clinically but leadership and management key to this role.

Working Monday
Friday with occasional weekends and shared on call, you will work 84_using your clinical and managerial skills to support the General Manager in the smooth successful running of this specialist service.

Ideally experienced in Neuro, Rehab or complex nursing or with a strong interest to be able to deliver the highest level of individually tailored care to all patients.

CRITERIA

Active NMC
ABI experience ideal
Leadership/ supervisory experience
L4/ LMA/ RMA

Salary is very much dependent on experience between £40,000 - £50,000 - meals and parking and working for a provider that will invest and support you and your continued professional development.
hours per week Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm + occasional weekends and on-call
