The role
As a Fleet Compliance Administrator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary.

You will provide administrative support to the Fleet Management team and assisting with the day-to-day operation of a busy and diverse office.


Day to day, you'll provide general clerical and administrative duties, including documentation control, letter & report writing, minute taking, maintenance of forms, records & files as well as, submitting security access lists, visitor notifications and ordering supplies.


You will also be responsible for:

  • Reviewing the mandatory and role training status of the departments' employees and booking training when required to meet the needs of the individuals and of the Business; this includes notifying individuals of their training course details and the maintenance of the departments' training records.
  • Using Business Applications (Concur and FCM) to book preapproved foreign and domestic travel for department employees when required.
  • Obtaining quotations, generating Procurement Requests/Purchase Orders, tracking orders, and maintaining budget spreadsheets & receipting for goods or services required by the department.
  • The training of new administrative employees within the department to assist the departments' lesser experienced employees to develop the necessary skills to undertake their role effectively and to provide support and cover for another department Administrators in their absence.


This role is full time 37 hours per week and will be based at Faslane, Helensburgh with hybrid working from home arrangements.


Essential experience of the Fleet Compliance Administrator:

  • Computer literate
  • Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Great attention to detail
  • Very organised with great communication skills

Qualifications for the Fleet Compliance Administrator:

  • English
  • National 5 or equivalent
