LOCATION
This position is located at our corporate office in London, United Kingdom.


POSITION OVERVIEW


We are looking for a maternity cover as CRM Planning & Campaign Executive to join Aman's corporate team CRM team in London to work alongside the CRM Planning & Campaign Manager and Senior Editorial Manager on multiple campaigns.

This is a 1 year fixed term role starting from September 2023.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the deadlines, scheduling, testing and deployment of campaigns.
  • Support with projects and initiatives such as research, performance analysis, KPI reporting and sales analysis
  • Work closely with the CRM Planning & Campaign Manager as well as Hotel Marketing team on the campaign calendar to ensure that campaigns are delivered in an optimum timeframe to support the needs of the business and key booking periods
  • Work closely with brand team to ensure assets are delivered in a timely manner to illustrate campaigns
  • Ensure that final signs offs are sought within the confirmed timeline and implement any feedback and changes prior to deployment
  • Ensure all communications meet brand guidelines and are delivered within a set budget and assigned timelines
  • Identify, assess, and communicate pain points in order to improve processes, and create engaging customer touchpoints
  • Drive and monitor success of the program, campaign and segment levels identifying and reporting on all areas to track effectiveness of the programs and clearly articulate optimizations including open, click through and conversion rates, unsubscribes, bounces and revenue per send

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with ecommerce and marketing tools such as Google Analytics
  • Must be highly collaborative and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as crossfunctionally
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized
  • Familiarity with A/B testing including program development and performance measurement
  • Effectively balance multiple workstreams, timelines, deliverables and due dates
