This is a brilliant opportunity to become more client facing and work within a commercial team that handle data.Responsibilities
- Provide a range of financial analysis, benchmarking and insights to stakeholders of the industry
- Engage and lead with clients to develop their strategic objectives and execute on deliverables and KPI's
- Deliver financial and strategic reports and discover new opportunities for insights
- Act as a key contact with senior level stakeholders to ensure data insights are delivered
- Develop data strategies to effectively make decisions
- Analyse, interpret and visualise data to deliver insights and solutions to the commercial world of insurance
- Explore competitive market strategies through analysis of a related product, market, or share trends
- Present findings to all levels of management
Requirements:
- An engaging and inquisitive personality, always looking to solve problems and find solutions
- Business acumen and intellectual curiosity
- Experience in building presentations and analysing data in Microsoft Office and Power BI (preferable)
- Knowledge of SQL and Python is highly advantageous
- Knowledge of financial analysis is beneficial but can be taught
- Confidence to work with senior management and present solutions to facilitate opportunities
- Finelytuned data skills and an awareness of data quality, data integrity checking and reconciliation
