An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team.

Are you able to provide a full and effective comprehensive range of
administrative support to the associate director and the safeguarding team, which will enable a department to fulfil its function to a high-quality standard?


The successful post holder will be involved in the coordination and implementation of office procedures and will require a high degree of organisational skills and excellent working knowledge of administrative systems.

You will often be the first point of contact and a focal point for the services requiring clear communication and liaison skills.


You will be a vital component of the safeguarding management team, with excellent organisational and communication skills, and high levels of resilience to cope in a demanding area of this service.

You will routinely be dealing with sensitive and confidential matters.


You will be required to work flexibly, using your initiative, and be able to prioritise your work effectively, responding to need.


  • Assist the Associate Director for safeguarding and the Team in all aspects of daytoday management of a cross site team.
  • Providing administrative support to various projects and work streams including drafting work
- related correspondence / photocopying / filing / assisting with telephone enquiries / arranging meetings / diary management.

  • Ability to work independently and to plan and organise meetings or events, some of which may be ongoing including arranging video conferencing to enable effective cross site working.
  • Provide the support to a number of meetings including taking minutes, circulating papers and managing an action log.
  • Support the team in maximising the best use of clinical and nonclinical resources and time.
