About the role

Key activity - what will you be doing?

  • Ongoing collaboration with departments across the club, supporting and providing brand solutions and recommendations across all activity, acting as brand sign off, collaborating with key stakeholders to understand their needs.
  • Manage and maintain Club, Partner and 3rd party LFC brand guidelines and brand tool kits, organising brand assets, ensuring accessibility, providing guidance on the use of brand elements to maintain consistency.
  • Manage brand onboarding of thirdparty media relationships, running brand induction sessions, providing appropriate assets to maximise relationships.
  • Conduct regular brand audits and implement processes to track and manage brand assets effectively.
  • Support graphic installations around Anfield Stadium and wider LFC locations including Melwood and AXA training Ground, driving the brand narrative, engaging fans and visitors in brand story telling and experience
  • Support the Director, Brand Strategy and Campaign on the implementation and adoption of any new elements introduced as part of the LFC brand framework and visually identity e.g. TOV/Personality etc.
  • Support 3rd party IP queries liaising with the wider Brand Team, Brand Protection Team and legal where necessary.
Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this role,

You will have the KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE in

  • Proven track record within a brand marketing or brand role, either agency side or inhouse
  • Experience of managing and optimising brand frameworks across integrated activity/campaigns both on and off online
  • Experience in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
  • Experience in creating design briefs and working with a design teams, to create necessary brand assets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain longterm relationships with key stakeholders and third parties.
  • Ability to manage projects to successful completion.
  • Strong attentiontodetail, organisational and planning skills
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Project Management skills. for overseeing the implementation of brand initiatives.
  • A 'can do' attitude at all times.
  • Strong team player with desire to succeed.

You will demonstrate TECHNICAL SKILLS in:

  • Strong understanding of design principles, visual identity, and brand strategy.
  • Understand the Customer Insight/Research brand measurement programme to demonstrate the impact of an integrated brand planning approach.
  • Knowledge of budget management.
  • Knowledge of Adobe packages to create and amend documents.
  • Key Microsoft Suite skills as well as proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint to create band alignment for Club departments.
