FT Studio produces a range of market-leading editorial and client-brand content, from animations to immersive and interactive digital websites, mini-documentaries, print and social.
Role and responsibilities:
- Document administration (statements of work, terms and conditions, supplier agreements, licences, schedules).
- Assisting with booking studios, voiceovers, camera people and editors, production equipment, talent and production staff.
- Preparing and distributing call sheets.
- Assisting with production budgets and tracking expenses.
- Looking for stock footage, hero images.
- Assisting on shoots.
- Assisting with contributor research.
- Handling drives, transcribing and copying files.
- Ensuring filming consent forms are signed and filed.
- Ad hoc office administration.
- Organising calls and meetings for producers.
- Booking travel, including taxis, couriers, hotels and other transport.
Requirements:
- Any degree discipline is acceptable, although a relevant qualification in journalism, communications or media studies, humanities, English or business studies is preferred.
- A broad understanding, experience or a genuine interest in content production targeting business, tech and/or energy/sustainability topics.
- Must have strong administrative and communication skills, and some experience of working in a production environment.
- Teamoriented, comfortable and experienced working with people in geographically dispersed teams and time zones.
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
- Clientfocused, able to serve with patience and attention.
- Consultative and proactive, able to find problems, not just solve them.
- Resilient, adaptable and flexible, able to flourish in a fastmoving, everchanging environment.
- Ability to prioritise and manage competing work requests.
