The Opportunity

As our Supply Planner you will develop and maintain a collaborative forecast for selected key customers and bucket of customers in the EU Region in order to be able to predict future sales.

You will achieve this by working collaboratively with customers and commercial teams to drive forecast accuracy and develop and implement better demand planning processes.

Develop and maintain the rolling forecasts for selected key customers and buckets of customers which are revised and analysed daily
Work closely with the internal sales team as well as key customer representatives in the development of the collaborative forecast
Assemble and analyse all data required to create the sales forecast (historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions, POS and inventory levels) for selected customers
Continuously improve forecasting techniques, method and approach to track key forecasting KPI's, such as forecast and mix accuracy on a monthly basis
Conduct current and future forecasting analysis as well as ensure forecasting processes and methods are followed
Make recommended adjustments to forecast based on changes in demand and market trends
Work with Innovation and Commercial Teams to support the innovation agenda
Work with the fulfilment team on a weekly basis to ensure that customers are meeting their forecasted targets for the month

The Skills you will bring to the team

A degree in Accounting, Business, Supply Chain Management or related areas
Relevant experience ideally within the FMCG environment
Strong knowledge of demand planning process
Detail oriented with extensive MS Excel skills, data analysis and strong mathematical abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with multichannel S&OP process
Experience of operating in complex network organisations and across boundaries
An energetic, motivated and creative individual with the ability to work independently and with the basics as needed
Experience within the European region would be advantageous
