Our global law firm client is seeking a Head of Reception to join their London office on a permanent basis.

This is a busy and varied role leading the Front of House staff to provide exceptional service to all clients and visitors.

Duties will include:

Effectively manage the Reception and Front of House team to provide a high level of service.
Take ownership of any issues that arise and ensure they are dealt with promptly.
Assist with recruitment and training of colleagues.
Prepare budgets and monthly reports.
Book and organise boardrooms.
