The Maintenance Control Officer's role is to assist the Maintenance Controller in organizing the AOG recovery team, providing down route engineering assistance, and managing operationally significant defects effectively while recording delays.

The Maintenance Control Officer is an essential member of the maintenance team, working closely with the Maintenance Controller to ensure the smooth operation of the aircraft fleet.


Requirements of the Role

What you need to do the role
Self-motivation and the ability to think laterally and work independently are important for completing tasks effectively. A proven track record of flexibility, teamwork, and adaptability to changing environments is also valuable.

Familiarity with MS Office suite and AMOS systems, as well as knowledge of EASA, FOCA, and CAA regulations, can be beneficial for performing the job.

Understanding the difference between Part CAMO and Part 145, as well as knowledge of aircraft maintenance programmes, Will also be important for this role.

Location & Hours of Work

This full-time role will be based in Luton working 5's and 4's 12 hr day shift 12 hr nightshift with occasional travel requirements to easyJet's headquarters or network locations.
