As a Bid Administrator your duties will include:

  • Client portal administration including co-ordinating document management, monitoring client systems and compiling/uploading bid submissions.
  • Supporting tender submissions
  • Importing and exporting data from estimating software to client systems.
  • Working with managers to input data and update monthly business plans.
  • Monitoring internal and external sources to update SharePoint databases.
  • General administrative duties

Essential skills

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Excellent IT skills (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel
  • Methodical with strong organisational and scheduling skills
  • Able to work in high pressure environment
  • Organised, logical and able to work efficiently to strict deadlines

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
