The role will provide support to the Rail Technical team who are in the process of reviewing and transforming the 9 Vehicle Maintenance Plans (VMPs) in DRS.

There will be a Technical lead for each plan, and the roles primary responsibility will be to provide support to deconstruct the existing Vehicle Maintenance Instruction (VMI) Microsoft Word documents and work with the Technical leads to review, transform and update.


As a Technical Support Admin your main responsibilities would be:

  • Work with the plan owner, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and format existing Word templates.
  • Communicate new templates to the existing team, ensuring that the new templates are utilised.
  • Collate and maintain all templates ensuring they remain uncorrupted and accessible.

You'll have relevant experience and skills in:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, in particular Word.
  • Ability to format Word templates to the stakeholder's requirements.
  • Strong communication.
  • Admin background.
