Well, what about the team?:


The purpose of Venture is to:
Take ownership and provide leadership for the end-to-end strategy for 3-4 ventures. Develop a plan with clear strategies for growth.

Define and own the brand strategy and lead a cross functional working group to deliver the commercial results for the venture.

You will also ensure a powerful and consistent end to end customer experience.

So, what will you be doing?:

  • Developing a venture plan with clear strategies for growth
  • Working with key stakeholders to ensure an acquisition, retention and usage plan is embedded and connected.
  • Driving the growth agenda of the Marketing & Operations Teams
  • Defining and owning the ventures' brand strategy
  • Reacting and finding solutions to performance gaps and to take advantage of commercial growth opportunities
  • Delivering a customer experience that is true to both the venture plan and brand strategy
  • Working with the internal design team team to develop a digital first creative platform for our ventures

And what are we looking for?:

  • Be a commercial marketer who understands the commercials that drive revenue and profit.
  • Be experienced in developing strategies for commercial and customer growth
  • Be very comfortable with numbers and analysing and tracking results
  • Be able to use insights intensely to fuel strategy and measure success
  • Have a good understanding of all marketing levers including; CRM, Product, Comm
  • Have worked in digital businesses and knows how to move the needle in that environment
