About Our Client:

A fast-paced and reputable governing educational research institute based in Central London, offering flexible hybrid working.

  • The successful HR Consultant will be responsible for:* Leading on change programmes and coaching managers through change
  • Overseeing performance management processes
  • Providing advice on high level employee relations cases
  • Supporting wider team with job evaluations.

The Successful Applicant:


  • The successful HR Consultant must have:* Experience on leading organisational change and design programmes
  • Experience of HERA or other job evaluation methods
  • Experience of advising on complex casework.
