  • This role could be based in either our Wythall or Edinburgh office working two to three days per week at home. We recognise the benefits of flexible working and will discuss what is important to you and balancing this with business requirements during the recruitment process. _

We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as a _Personal Assistant _to join our _Group Operations PA Hub.

The role

  • Provide a highly efficient, reliable, and proactive support and administrative service to a Director that enables their business effectiveness.
  • Manage business travel, expenses and other processes.
  • Build effective working relationships with the other PAs in the team and wider business.
  • Attend leadership meetings to take minutes, monitor actions etc., and present/provide updates as appropriate.
What are we looking for?

  • You have previous experience from a similar role.
  • You can prioritise your tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills. You are capable of successfully interacting with all levels of the organisation.
  • You ensure absolute confidentiality and discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • You are flexible and have a can do attitude. You have excellent problem solving skills and react quickly to both internal and external business needs.
  • Confident user of the Microsoft Office suite.
