Sales Administrator
Part time - 10am - 2pm - Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Raise customer inquiries and register them in the system.
- Provide quotes to customers after obtaining relevant information
- Place customer sales orders
- Coordinate the placement of purchase orders with suppliers.
- Keep customers informed of the progress of their orders.
- Coordinate the delivery of goods to customers.
- Close files appropriately after invoicing.
- Address any additional customer/supplier requests.
- Utilize customer portals for invoicing and communication purposes.
- Perform other related duties as required, including crosstraining within the Admin team to ensure comprehensive knowledge and capabilities.
- Answering telephone calls
- Raising RFQ's and generating quotations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Knowledge of customer portals is a plus.

Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 per week
