Senior Recruitment Consultant

Espirita (part of Acacium Group)

London - Hybrid working available

Competitive salary + bonus scheme

Monday-Friday (37.5 per week)

Shift Pattern: 9am - 5:30pm

Every day you will

Promote the Company's services to clients. targeting new, lapsed and current clients through coldcalls, spec calls and networking. Negotiating new and updated terms of business.
Work closely with your team manager in order to understand the financial objectives of your own desk in relation to invoiced billings, Margin levels, and KPI's
Taking the lead in account management of clients to build strong relationships to generate repeat and exclusive business opportunities.
