Senior Recruitment Consultant
Espirita (part of Acacium Group)
London - Hybrid working available
Competitive salary + bonus scheme
Monday-Friday (37.5 per week)
Shift Pattern: 9am - 5:30pm

The team are dedicated to delivering a first-class customer experience and working collaboratively to achieve fantastic results You will put customer service at the heart of everything you do while managing the day-to-day activity of our staffing system.
Every day you will
- Promote the Company's services to clients. targeting new, lapsed and current clients through coldcalls, spec calls and networking. Negotiating new and updated terms of business.
- Work closely with your team manager in order to understand the financial objectives of your own desk in relation to invoiced billings, Margin levels, and KPI's
- Taking the lead in account management of clients to build strong relationships to generate repeat and exclusive business opportunities.
