Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to recruit, train, and retain volunteers
• Coordinate volunteer activities and assignments
• Provide leadership and supervision to volunteer staff
• Collaborate with other departments to identify volunteer needs and opportunities
• Plan and execute fundraising events to support volunteer programs
• Educate volunteers on the organization's mission, values, and goals
• Manage social media platforms to promote volunteer programs and engage with volunteers
• Oversee administrative tasks related to volunteer management
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of volunteer programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., public health, nonprofit management)
• Proven experience in managing volunteers or similar roles
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of individuals
• Experience in fundraising and event planning is preferred
• Proficiency in social media management platforms
• Strong administrative and project management skills
