AV Service Contract Specialist Engineer

Reading Salary circa £36,000 + Vehicle

"AV Technical & Service Specialist"


The Role:
*To take on and manage all existing Service Contracts call out tickets through CRM system

  • Look after and visit existing customers first line diagnostics on the telephone
*Setup the service contract folders to create knowledge base documentation

*The role will include fix site surveys technical support for the sales team and schematics for all projects

*Will have service experience and problem solving skill sets

*Fault finding and diagnstics

*Manage an area of the warehouse for repairs/service items

  • Approx 60% in the office 40% out at clients with some remote work
*Must have good interpersonal skills and enjoy meeting /chatting to customers
