We recognise our Administrators play a key part ensuring all day-to-day systems and processes are running smoothly, whilst making the working environment a more enjoyable place to be.


We are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator to support the administration helpdesk also to help cover over areas such as Purchasing, Transport & Postroom.

To take responsibility for its day-to-day objectives, covering holiday & sickness. Your hours will be set between 8am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday.


This is an exciting opportunity that will allow you to demonstrate your ability to multitask and coordinate various duties, whilst focusing on providing the customer an experience they will never forget.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Administration Manager as required.
  • To locate and provide proof of signature for all internal deliveries using Opus. (internal booking in tool)
  • Data collation using MS Excel on a daily basis, resulting in monthly statistics being provided electronically to the customer.
  • To be responsible of helpdesk calls from the customer, and find a resolution for any reported issues.
  • Provide telephone support/cover for colleagues within the companies office

£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
