CRM Assistant - M&BD Operations

Department:
M&BD (Marketing & Business Development)


Reports to:
Senior CRM Executive


Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and resolve data change management tickets (data stewarding)
  • Advise on data entry standards and processes
  • Resolve data issues with client data
  • Assist in answering queries relating to the firm's CRM databases (InterAction and Introhive)
  • Understand the dependencies between InterAction and other systems that sync into InterAction
  • Support users across the network of offices on the daytoday use of InterAction and Introhive
  • Run searches and reports from InterAction and Introhive
  • Identify process efficiencies, propose improvements and implement effective solutions
  • Ensure all tasks are completed in an organised and timely manner
  • Other activity as required

You will be required to:

Work as a team - working with the team to reach milestones and achieve objectives both in terms of projects and day to day tasks

Achieve deadlines - being proactive in picking up tasks and completing them in accordance with deadlines

Familiarise yourself with M&BD processes - continuously developing and evolving knowledge of relevant M&BD processes to provide efficient and high-quality support to the wider M&BD team and the firm

Undertake training and development - attending regular training and development and learning and implementing best practice and ensuring high quality levels. Gaining an understanding of the business through daily tasks and projects

Improve processes - continuously assessing and finding ways to improve the efficiencies within the team and suggest improvements to processes in the department. Working with IT and other business services functions to reduce time spent on tasks.


Person specification:

  • Keen interest in data and strong attention to detail
  • An inquisitive nature and a willingness to learn as full training will be given
  • Able to work effectively as part of a diverse and inclusive team but also on your own
  • Organised approach to work
  • Knowledge of InterAction would be advantageous
  • Able to build effective relationships and networks across the firm and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solution oriented
  • Commercially driven
  • Flexibility and a willingness to work additional hours on occasion as required
